Operations - Key Areas & Responsibilities

Provide white-glove service to our customers to support and grow their businesses. Responsibilities include:

• Manage calls to promote Proceed Finance and to enhance borrower/provider relationships
• Evaluate problems and complaints and provide proper solutions
• Research needed information using available resources
• Make relevant notes from customer interactions
• Provide training to external partners
• Identify operational issues and suggest process improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve overall customer experience
